There is a $20.00 late fee for renewing members who do not pay their dues by July 31, 2026.

The PBCBA Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) is an optional service available to current members of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. An additional $150.00 LRS fee applies.
LRS Requirements:
- You must be a current member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
- You must maintain at least $100,000 in professional liability insurance.
- LRS dues may be paid online through the Member Login.
- To participate in the LRS, you must complete the LRS Application and Rules.

| Regular Members | Lawyers in good standing with The Florida Bar. |
| Honorary Members | Members of the judiciary serving in Palm Beach County. |
| Government Attorney Members | Lawyers employed by a government agency. |
| North County Section Members | Lawyers with a special interest in practicing in the North County area. |
| Young Lawyers Section Members | Lawyers interested in participating in the various activities and programs of the Young Lawyers Section (YLS). There is no age requirement for membership. |
| Affiliate Members | Lawyers in good standing who are admitted to practice in other states but are not admitted to practice in Florida. This category may also include certain retired members who reside in Palm Beach County. |
| Law Student Members | Students currently enrolled in an accredited law school. |
| Florida Registered Paralegals | Paralegals who are registered with The Florida Bar. |
| Florida Registered Government Paralegals | Paralegals who are registered with The Florida Bar and employed by a government agency in Palm Beach County. |
