LEMON LAW ARBITRATORS SOUGHT

The Office of Attorney General Ashley Moody is seeking civic-minded individuals for appointment to the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board. The Board is responsible for resolving disputes between consumers and manufacturers under the Lemon Law. Arbitration hearings before three member panels are held at locations throughout the state; compensation is provided for each case heard and decided. Knowledge, experience or training in law, automobile technology, engineering, or the review and analysis of technical information are useful; a penchant for public service is required.
