Time: 11:45 am - 1:00 pm
Location: Main Courthouse, North end of cafeteria.
Cost: $20 PBCBA Members, if registered by 9/23/09; add $10 after that date.

Description: Luncheon for PBCBA Members only. Judicial Luncheon "Voir Dire". This course has been approved for 1.0 CLER / 1.0 Civil Trial Certification credits. Judicial Panel includes Circuit Judges, Jeffrey J. Colbath, Edward A. Garrison, Timothy P. McCarthy and Amy L. Smith. Discussion including tips for effective voir dire, examination of potential jurors and other topics that will be conducted in a roundtable format with separate moderators at each table. Moderators include, Lawrence P. Rochefort, Esq., Lawrence E. Brownstein, Esq., Lloyd A. Comiter, Esq., and Michelle R. Suskauer, Esq. This luncheon is limited to the first 50 PBCBA member registrants.
