REFERRAL AND INFORMATION SERVICE
Through the Lawyer Referral
Service, you can obtain a 30-minute consultation with an
attorney who practices in your area of need for $30.00.
There is no fee for malpractice or personal injury cases.
After your initial 30-minute consultation, should you decide
to retain the attorney, additional fees would be agreed
upon between you and the attorney.
All attorneys on the Palm Beach County Bar LRS are in
good standing with The Florida Bar and are required to
carry professional liability insurance.
All information will be kept confidential
and will be provided only to the attorney to whom your
case is referred.
We do not provide lists of attorneys.
LRS attorneys provide the first half hour consultation
FREE. The $30 Referral Fee helps to underwrite the cost
of providing the service.
You should discuss legal fees during your consultation
and obtain a written fee agreement if you hire the attorney.
We will require you to provide us with some basic information.
This is for our files only. We need your name so we can
let the attorney know to expect your call. We need your
address so we may send you a survey asking you to rate
the quality of our service. You will not receive any other
mailings from us. Your information is not given to any
other organizations.
The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision. Before
you decide to hire the lawyer to whom you are referred,
ask that lawyer for written information about that lawyer's
qualifications and experience.
