EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY: Part-Time for
South Florida Water Management District in West Palm
Beach. Position works closely with our Human Resources
Department and managers to provide legal counseling
and representation in all facets of employment law,
including unemployment compensation ADA, Title VII,
FMLA, FLSA, benefits, employee discipline and termination,
employment related litigation, and administrative
proceedings before DOAH, and EEOC/ FCHR. Position
represents the District in Federal, State, and Administrative
Courts. Work 20 hours a week. Applicants must be a
member of The Florida Bar and have at least 8 years
of substantive and procedural legal experience. This
position may be filled at one of the lower Attorney
levels, requiring 0-4 years of relevant employment
law experience and admittance to The Florida Bar.
