Executive Director – Carla is responsible for the general operation and management of the administrative office, hiring staff, handling the budget, finances and bookkeeping. Carla assists the Board of Directors in carrying out their policies and reports on all activities of the Association. She oversees the Lawyer Referral Service and assists the Young Lawyers Section as well as various other Bar committees. She also is responsible for overseeing the publication of the Bulletin.
Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to Executive Director – Nicole is responsible for all the financial bookkeeping, to include checks and credit card processing, creating spreadsheets, and providing financial reports to the Executive Director. She handles general membership inquiries.
Communications Director – Lynne is responsible for publicity, public relations, preparing news releases, promoting PBCBA community services and maintaining relationships with the media. She creates and coordinates community service projects, assists the North County Section, secures underwriting for receptions and special events. She also handles writing editorial copy for the Bulletin and serves as a liaison to several Bar Committees.
Publications Coordinator -Mikki handles the production of various types of print, to include the Bar’s website, Bar Bulletin, E-Blast and social media outlets. She handles general membership inquiries and assist with technology issues.
Membership & Event Coordinator – Kathy handles general membership inquiries, meeting and event registrations; fulfills CLE orders and assists staff with special projects as needed.
CLE Coordinator – Jen is responsible for assisting all CLE committees with coordinating seminars including setting dates, preparing the registration flyer, applying for credit from The Florida Bar, gathering materials from speakers, and reporting on results of each seminar. She handles intake for the Speaker’s Bureau, Mentor Program and Professionalism Complaints. She also serves as a liaison to other Bar Committees and assists the Executive Director with special projects.
Receptionist/LRS Coordinator – – Eva handles incoming phone calls, general inquiries from the public, assistance with CLE Seminars and provides other staff support. Eva also works in the Lawyer Referral Service signing up Palm Beach County attorneys to the LRS Panel, assists the public in arranging for referrals and attorneys for their particular need or refers callers to social agencies for assistance.
LRS Coordinator – Dee also assists the public in arranging for appointments with attorneys for their particular need or refers callers to social agencies for assistance.
