Foreclosure Mediation Program
The Fifteenth
Judicial Circuit Court has announced the selection
of the Palm Beach County Bar Association to serve
as program manager for its residential mortgage foreclosure
mediation program. The residential mortgage foreclosure
mediation manager appointment was made pursuant to
Florida Supreme Court Administrative
Order SC-09-54.
